18pdr trench art cases

Here are a pair of 18 pdr cases that caught my eye. I remember reading a thread about similar items in the past and after searching I found it (link below).

I noticed after reading the thread that the 75mm case had a 'S' on the bottom, looking at the pair I have one has a similar 'S' after the 1917 date; not sure if this is coincidence or significant to the crushed cases?
Also can anyone help identify the markings on the cases themselves?
