This poor old thing was being used to hold down a dealers tent at the local Antique Sunday market.
After 5 years of bugging he sold it to me. It will clean up some what and I can cut off the handle.
At least I can make out the markings well enough. I had hoped it would be a 4.7" but this isn't
too bad in any event.

As cleaned up, the bottom of the powder cup while disntgrating was still present.
It could have been done over with filler and smoothed out then painted. But I just removed all
the loose rust and waxed it.
