1920s U.K. Browning / Colt 37mm tests

I have never had a satisfactory explanation for this projectile. In Robert Mellichamps book
Vol 2 page 525 there is such an explanation now for this projectile. It seems these were used
in tests in the mid 20s "Over Home" - I'm in Canada so I can say that ~ I have never seen a case for one though and when I got this
many years ago the seller had no idea about it and until now nor did I.
