1939 2 Pounder No.2 Case

Hey 2 Pounder pickers! :tinysmile_twink_t2:What can you tell me about this 1939 dated case? I can see it's a 'charged-reduced' case made by Sydney Silversmiths. Am I right in thinking its been reloaded? What other info can be gleaned?

The other curiosity is the turning marks to the neck. What does this signify? It came with another less interesting 1941 dated case that had the same marks.

I found the same round this weekend and I'm now looking to find some more information about it.

1939 2 Pounder N°2 I, made by RLB.

Is this anti-tank, or tank related? British ww2 cases are not really my field.

The 2 pdr No.2 was the standard tank and anti-tank gun ammo of the British Army in the early part of WW2, until it was replaced in both roles by the 6 pdr.
