1975 and 1976 L1A4 Vent Tubes

Have had these for donkey's years, but have only recently found out what they are. I can see they were made by Radway Green in 1975 and 1976, but what is the significance of the 'AC' and 'WO' markings?

Also; can I assume these were fired in the L11A5 120mm gun of a Chieftain tank, or were they used in other guns?
