Here are two different descriptions of the 2.75-inch WTU-1/B rocket warhead

1. TM 43-0001-30 (1981)

inert slug warhead, no fuze



2. AMC-P 700-3-5 (1986)

630g HBX-1 and Mk176 fuze



Is it an evolution (and in that case, why would they have the same designation) or an error ?
