20 mm Oerlikon Ball ??

Hi can anyone tell me if this is An Oerlikon Ball .its fired and missing its drive band . I've herd the base unscrews any help

I remember reading that these projectiles are hollow with the base piece permanently crimped in.
 
The bases are crimped in to my knowledge. It is easy to tell Oerlikon from Hispano projectiles by the smaller diameter below the drive band and narrower band (missing here).
Oerlikon is 0.742" and Hispano is 0.768" diameter. It looks like a Ball round.
