20mm Flak Shell Gauge

Picked up this 20mm flak head space gauge which is missing in my collection and was hoping to get more info on the markings. I'm familiar with the Army WA stamp but not the others. Interesting the neck is a bit longer than a standard 20mm flak and measures in at the same diameter as the driving band on my other 20mm's.

The logo is from Polte Magdeburg. I have also seen this logo on 4 cm Bofors cases used for drill rounds.

I'm assuming the H43 is the year?

Yes, it is. But not a clue were the H stands for.
According to the website www.flak2cm.com it isn’t a head space gauge, but a drill cartridge.

I always thought the wood projectiles were drill rounds like this one. Interesting I got around to pulling off wood projectile and discovered it's hollow out.

The cartridge with wood projectile is a blank cartridge.
