I cannot fully confirm to myself that this projectile is of Japanese manufacture, it is a HE-T, there are no fuze internals and the screw in brass tracer does not want to unscrew, there are no stamps or markings on the projectile, i have searched my books/papers and i have Ken Elks books on Japanese ammunition but to no avail
