20mm Hispano strange headstamp experimental?

another puzzler! This is a standard 20mm Hispano but the headstamp is really strange reading; KE 5310 (the last figure might be a 6), XF5381, XF5381.

has anyone any thoughts about the significance or otherwise of these markings?

It is a swedish case.
The case is manufactured at KE - Kockums Emaljverks, Ronneby in 1953......than she was reloaded 1953 at XF - SAMMANSÄTTNINGSVERKSTAD TENHULT.
