220-mm shell casing

Hi
The museum where I volunteer has a large artillery shell casing - German WW2. The mouth of the casing is 22.5 to 22.8 cm (ie - slightly squished) and the rim diameter is 25.7 cm. Length is 85 cm. There are no painted markings but the base has stamped "1 VII 30095", "Aux 41", "[swastika] w a A 700", "S17".

Based on the above, I guess it is a 220-mm casing - possibly German production for the French or Skoda 220-mm guns/howitzers, but I cannot find if they used casings or BL charges.

Any help is appreciated.

it's not for regular German artillery.. 22cm could be Skoda
