Created as a UK R&D project for special forces as a hyper velocity handgun cartridge saw extensive trials and success in PDW tests at Fort Halsted against NATO CRISAT targets with brilliant reviews in Guns & Ammo 1998. Project ran out of funds blighted by fraudsters and conmen in USA.
