25 x 137 Case Markings

Hi, I am fortunate enough to have a wife who thinks of me when she's visiting friends and she came back from Canada with an empty 25mm case. It's in fairly good condition and I am very happy about it, although I am pretty sure it's a pretty common thing. However, it's not my field at all. Could someone tell me the meaning of the black markings on the side? Who's the manufacturer?



Is it worth it and is it possible to find a matching projo (and what does it look like?)

USE is piper industries not sure about numbers probably a date code and lot no
