Any idea what type of aircraft bomb this might be. Its around 4 1/2 -5' long. is hollow and has a slot to make it into a money box. I guessed at a mk80 series but its outside my field...V__94D0(1).jpg
Many thanks

Is the body sheat metal? Looks like the front part is attached with screwes.
Can You please post the pictures of the fuze wells?

Hi Bob,
It has no fuze wells. It looks like the nose and tail section of a 8" Reconnaissance flare, as pointed out by Spotter, so the center section is missing.
