3,7cm H.Pzgr Üb?

I got these 3 Projos. It think they are H.Pzgr Üb (TP). But they look other like the for me known ones from Rechlin and have 2 crimp grooves. Anymore infos about them?

the 37mm bordcanon was a modificated 3,7cm Flak 18 and used the same cases. Maybe an early trial so it have 2 grooves?
