30 mm ADEN dummy projectile?

I have this dummy projectile and to me it looks like a 30mm ADEN projectile. Am I right? All information is much appreciated!

looks like an aden practice projectile not seen that type of stamping before
 
Yep, looks like a practice projectile from a 30 mm ADEN Mk4Z round.

I can't tell you anything about the markings off my head, I'd have to look it up.

I understood the shell was inert ; what is "net explosive content : 46.8g" ? Is it propellant ?
