30 mm ADEN dummy projectile?

I have this dummy projectile and to me it looks like a 30mm ADEN projectile. Am I right? All information is much appreciated!

Yep, looks like a practice projectile from a 30 mm ADEN Mk4Z round.

Factory code 173 is Bofors-AB Sweden. 1958 Lot 34 Practice ADEN as TimG link shows.

I understood the shell was inert ; what is "net explosive content : 46.8g" ? Is it propellant ?

Yep, the propellant charge and possibly the igniter materials too.
