.303 Brit box trouble

How does one open this box? I think it is a tray type when it slides out but it would not budge.

If you have more pictures of the box ie angles that might help to what type of box it is.
 
SKSVLAD , you are correct. Cut the label at both ends and slide the tray out. The blanks are tightly packed into the tray, 19 fits easily and that last one just makes it a tight fit all round.
