Hi gedmat its a fired 30mm Aden round as used in the Harrier. The stamping will be in the groove or on the belt and will probably say something like
30mm RG and a number (the date)
RG stands for Radway Green, the company that make them.
It will also probably say
PRAC 4Z which means a practice round.
This is the HV (High Velocity) version of a round developed post war from the Mauser 213 (An experimental German round from WW2).
