30mm question

Good Morning all;
i was asked about a projectile found in a friends back yard yesterday. I haven't the slightest idea what it is. I did caution this friend about the dangers of handling unexploded ordnance.
Here is what he said was on the shell:

zel-2-13 55 30mm t 3 28

I may be wrong( please correct me if I am ) but I think the t 3 28 is a lot number. zel 2-13 ? I don't have a clue.
Could the 55 indicate the manufacture date?

Thanks
For all the help

Sorry Charlie
I am going on here say on this one.
This comes from a friend who's neighbor dug up this round in his back yard.

I think this is the round?
30x126B T239 US 1950s for T182 Aden-type aircraft revolver cannon.Experimental.
I have the manufacturer code ZEL somewhere, but I have to look for it.

Cheers, Cornman

The T328 projectile exists in huge quantities, and can be found in many cases, since it was so available that collectors fill any 30mm empty case with them, in the same way that 37mm cases get filled with French WWI projectiles. It was most likely fired in a number of guns for function testing.
