30x170 HS831 or Oerlikon KCB projectile

Dear all,

Does anybody have more information on this projectile? I know (please correct me if I am wrong) that it is for the 30x170 HS831 or Oerlikon KCB cannon, but I am not sure of the type. Is it AP? Any cutaway views available?

I am still not really clear on the designation. The folder doesn't show a clear picture of the exterior of the shells or a clear marking.
These guys list it as "perforante KCB": https://www.cartucheria.es/30mm/30x170.html
They also list it as Dutch. Then it would have been produced by NWM or AI?
