37 mm Bofors M98 blank?

Anybody recognizes this round? Seems like a blank to me, but I have never found any information. Case measures 37x152R48 and is a Swedish made Bofors M98, I also have a case without this "projectile".

Could it be a drill cart? thinking along the lines of the 40mm Bofors,they had similar drill carts,using shortened cases.'
