37MM Ammo Case

I have an Ammo Case sold to me as German Flak 37mm kan m/34 it holds 5 rounds. Marked with yellow paint 37mm kan m/34 and a circle "P" and 40 for 1940 on the back. Size approx 41cm x 30cm x 70cm.
Can anyone tell me what it is please
