Does this projectile have the designation Mle 16 and Mle 31 on it together --- looks like it was made in 39. I had thought the Mle 31 was made to use a screw in tracer element. It is correct in the 1937 37x202 Mle 1902 (TC 02 = Mle 1902 Tube Cannon) case as a Navel subcaliber shot.
