There are already a few threads that include information on the 3pr 2cwt rounds but most of the pictures will not open, possibly due to how long ago the threads were started.
As I understand it from those threads there were 2 x AP shell, AP practice, 2 X practice, canister & drill produced for this gun. I have recently obtained a flat head practice projectile shown in the picture below next to the more commonly seen practice with missing cast iron nose. There is also a period drawing of an HE, AP projectile below.
Does anyone have any other type of projectile marked for this gun?
