What mean markings ?

I'm having a blank as to REP.TD at the moment, Radioman did tell me but I've forgotten.

The right hand one -
N - Naval
PH - Priddy's Hard (Royal Navy Ordnance Facility)

The Left hand one -
FLD HE SUB - Filled HE Substitute.
