4 inch Mk III Prac Proj

Greetings & Happy New Year to all.
I recently acquired this prac. proj. & am in the process of re-banding, however I am trying to work out the correct rotating band configuration. The Treatise of Ammunition series of books I have give very conflicting information of what profile it should be!
Would anyone have a pic of an unfired specimen, or better idea of what outer profile the rotating band should be please? Band width is 1.5".
