40mm mystery

Hi everybody, stuck again.... came across this today, appears to be a L60 40mm Bofors projectile. I can find nothing that looks like this particular projectile, I think it is a proof round of some kind but really have no idea. It had been placed in a 1957 40mm Bofors case but I am not sure if the case is right for the projectile.

Yes as mentioned on FB - it's a standard Bofors proof. Case is correct, but not sure if the date matches the shell.
