47mm HE Projectile To Be Identified

Could someone please identify this projectile for me? Length (without fuze) is 190mm, distance from base to bottom of driving band is 26mm and width of driving band is 11mm. Projectile body has been restored and repainted so there are no visible markings. My initial thoughts are HE projectile for the Belgian Canon de 47 AntiChars (47x280R) but I'd like confirmation as I've only ever seen APCBC rounds for this weapon.

It indeed looks like an "obus explosif Mle 1932" used with the Belgian C47 gun.

measurements seems to be correct (see also http://www.bocn.co.uk/vbforum/threads/68792-Belgian-or-French-47mm-Projectile )

I've added a cutaway picture of the HE, AP and TP rounds (don't remember from who, but it could be DJH's).
