.50 cal headstamp

The attached looks like a standard .50 cal to me (case length 99mm).
Could anyone help with the headstamp please?

IVI is Industries Valcartier Inc.

The plant is located about 15 km north of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. This is very close to Canadian Forces Base Valcartier.

The 13 does refer to the year - in this case 2013.

I have seen quite a few of these Canadian cases in the UK with various dates.

I believe the UK MOD may have purchased some of the ammunition from Canada.
