[Burney Davis]

The projectile below has the Gruson style of driving band and is dated 1917. It measures 53mm x 173mm.

Is this a late model projectile for the 5.3cm Gruson gun with case length of 177mm? TIA

Some years ago , i've seen the same projectile , same red colour.
I think it is for the 53 x 176R Schnellfeuerkanone Gruson.
