I haven't been active for a while but does anyone know if it's possible to find the manufactures code for the 6ld shells for Maine Works, Cullybackey, Northern Ireland.

It would appear the correct name is Dromona & Maine Ltd. However, no trace on Dromona & Maine Ltd or Maine. I suspect that they may have been sub-contracting. There appears to be an active Cullybackey history society, they may be able to supply further details.

The main munitions company in Northern Ireland was James Mackie of Belfast. I have a few items marked JMB.
The Maine works may have been contracted by Mackie's.
