Does anyone have a photograph of the glass chemical filled French 60mm Brandt mortar?
I was shown a photograph today of what i believe is such a thing, but have nothing to compare it against.

Cheers

Pete

Merci Franck!!

Great picture, I will see if i can post the picture that i was shown as it is certainly a glass 60mm Brandt, but slightly different to the ones in your picture.

Cheers

Pete

The mortars were photographed in the private collection Brandt. These are originals ...
See you again Pete!

I also collect bottles and these glass mortar rounds would make a big hit at a bottle show. I once brought a bottle to a show that was used in the WWI German 77mm chemical projectile which caused much interest.

Not very common projectiles on battelfields. Supposed to be used with common pneumatic Brandt mortar gun.
