60mm Smoke or Gas Grenade

This grenade is light blue or greenish and I wonder if it is Chinese?
Steel body alloy top with 18 holes around 7 centre holes under the fuze. Fuze is marked: 82 01 20
60mm body diameter, 95mm high, 106mm body height with fuze stem, 133mm overall height.
Is it Chinese and is it a gas or smoke hand grenade?

No replies yet. In good light I can see DRM 82 01 20 on the fuze. The M is filled in a bit so could also be a N or maybe H ?
