65mm ? case ID

I have attached pictures of a case recently acquired. It's measurements are 65 x 495 x 88R mm (the neck is slightly stretched by a mm or two, but I believe it is 65mm). It looks to be the original length, not cut down. I can't find anything about this in the references I have so would appreciate any help in identification.
