We found a shell like a 6pr british, but with a smaller body length. Does someone know it or have any informations about ?

Thank you very much. As I understand, both shells are 6pr HE-T. The small one is for "gun on a truck" (sorry I do'nt know the right english term) or the 57mm M1 Gun.

Just for information, the small we found has a 244 Mk III fuze on it.
