This came in an M18 case but iam sure this isn't right ,anybody know what it's from ?stamped JH-FBB-1-44 between the drive bands

Hi Dave,
I am pretty sure thats a French / Belgium 75mm PCOT projectile. I also had one in a M18 case about 20 years ago.

Yes, French 75mm APCBC-T model 1951 (or APC-T).
French designation : PCOT ("perforant coiffé ogivé traceur") - POT ("perforant ogivé traceur" so without penetration top under windshield).
