75 mm Shrapnel but which country

I found this shell and I don't know which country it comes from. Looks like a shrapnel shell, Krupp model, possibly Italian, Belgium, else? There's no markings on the fuze exept graduation from 2 to 54 and these stamps at the bottom that I can't make out. Anyone with a positive ID is welcome. It's stripable and empty btw.

Difficult to answer, but Italy can be excluded because ist has left rifling and a little bit different fuze design.
