Couldnt resist this case even though it has a couple of dings. Its nicely marked but can someone please translate. From the head stamp it looks british and i guess from a sherman, other than that i'm clueless.

It,s a canadian case. CL/C = Canadian Lamp Company

Batch B104 H = Batch Letter and Number, and Sub batch Letter.

L = Propellant code letter.(FNH or FNH/P)
 
Thanks for the info Blackwatch. Never occured to me that it could be Canadian. Does the CAN stencil denote Cannister or Canadian?

The "/C" after the maker's mark denotes Canadian on Artillery cases from the WW2 period.
