I am reasonably certain that is the driving band for the standard 75mm projectile for the Pak 40 and KwK 40. A 76mm driving band is much different. I have all the German 75-76mm Hohl ladung projectiles: German 75mm, French 75mm and Russian 76mm.
The projectile on the left is for 76mm Russian guns. The middle one is for the German 75mm KwK 40 and Pak 40. The one on the right is for French 75mm guns.
