76 x 385 Hammer and Sickle Headstamp - when who used that?

Just picked up a 76 x 385 case with a hammer and sickle headstamp (undated). I've never seen that on any Russian casing, but most of mine are war dated.
I assume this is postwar - perhaps a Russian or maybe a satellite country? Does it signify anything special?
