76mm HESH

Popping into my local grenade shop, I noticed a couple of well-marked cartridges for the 76mm gun of the Saladin armoured car, and I believe also the Scorpion light tank. Made at ROF Birtley and filled Chorley in 1991 - must have been the twilight years of the Saladin in British Service. Given the markings, I took a few photos for those who might find them interesting.

Fairly common over here, the HESH and PRAC are the main ones. Used locally with the Scorpion.
Notoriously 'loose' mouth sizing if you have a projectile for them, they fall right in!.

The case mouth blows out when they are fired, so projectiles will not fit into fired cases.

The examples in this thread look to be from disassembled unfired rounds.
