88-MM German Hollow Charge

Question,

What is the difference between the German 88-MM Gr. 39 HL and the Gr. 39/43 HL?

They are probably different only in the width of their driving bands. I have a Gr 39 for the Flak 18. However, I cannot recall ever seeing a photo of a 39/43 for the KwK 43 weapon. Does anyone have one in their collection with photos to share?

I have these informations in my doc :
-HL39 for tank guns Flak18, 36, 37 with 570mm case
-HL39/43 for gun pak 43 with 822mm case
