I was watching it....just to see if anyone would pull the trigger on it at such a high price.
 
That one have ex-Finnish painted projectile.

And the projectile is placed on a fired shellcase. The small bottleneck keeping the projectile straight in the shellcase is gone when fired.
He paid at least 8x too much
