9.1in AP capped miniature 1918

I have this miniature shell which is marked on the base; 9.2 Gun 1X F S 21-2-18. It is clearly not 9.2 inch or mm or cm. Its dimensions are 38mm x 140mm any ideas or tech info would be welcome thanks

I suspect it is a sixth scale model of the attached, with a bit of artistic licence in relation to the radius of the cap.
