Does anyone know the name of the manufacturer stamped on an Austrian M16 9cm projectile.

The manufacturer in the picture is the barrel Mine thrower own mine (ammunition)

Yes, a Czech company - well done ID!

In Austro-Hungarian period the German language name was "Kosmos, Ofen- und Eisenwerke AG" ("Kosmos oven and iron works AG") in Olmütz/Olomouc.

I think the logo shows a simplified oven.

I examined the archive fund of this company ( Kosmos ) and no documents (certainly not munitions) from 1914 to 1918 (for example, reports on orders / production, sales or the total scope of arms deliveries) have been preserved.As late as 1943, the fund contains part of the documents for the production of SD 1 (including drawings in A3, A4 format) This exhausted my domestic possibilities :)
