Hi,

By any chance, did someone manage to dowload “A guide to illicit Iranian weapon transfers” from Atlantic Council website before it was deleted and could share it ?

Cheers,

S.

Unfortunately, it's not available there too...
And it's a recurrent issue on archive.org ; they do not always save the pdf files linked in a website.

I tried Scribd, libgen too...

Sorry, was just an idea. I know it mostly a small chance but a few times I had luck there. Last time with the latest BIOS version for an old Intel mainboard (no idea why Intel isn't able to keep these small files for a 7 year old product...).

An interesting construct. Thanks for making it available. It is revealing, that this Psych-Ops "Report" has been manufactured in Bahrain which takes the 164th place, of 180 researched (Wikipedia), regarding Press Freedom.
