I bought this at a show here. The fellow I bought it from was selling a collection from a neighbor who was getting on. Seems he spent time in Normandy and collected various pieces, this was one.

It might be a forlorn hope but I wondered if anyone might venture a guess as to what it is. Height is 13.5 in.
