Sorry,no help with the mark...but the scabbard looks right for a pre war (WWI) M1895,but Hungary and Czechoslovakia also made copies of these bayonets and the Austrian imported 1904 'Irish Mannlicher' which used a very similar scabbard.
Austrian made M1895 made bayonets are marked OEWG, Hungarian FGGY and Czech CSZ on the ricasso.
