Additional Information On A Couple Of Bullets Required

I had some very helpful information from the IAA website identifying the attached as Self Rotating bullets designed by someone by the name of Keyes and wooden models of conoidal bullets designed by an H Kemp and was wondering if anyone knows anything else or could point me in the right direction to look for myself.

Any information would be gratefully accepted and appreciated.
