After a Long Dry Spell...Success! US 3" Mk IIA1...

As I stated in the Cartridge forum, its been a long dry spell when it comes to ordnance for me, but I finally scored some good stuff at Syracuse. This one is a nice US 3" MarkIIA1 case, for the M1902, M1918, M1 and M3 guns. I THINK I mated this up correctly with caseless 3" shrapnel projectile I had (US 3" ammo is confusing to say the least). I think this is an earlier case, but I don't see a clear date....

As a bonus on another tanle I found a Spare Roll for the Gun Carriage Mod. 1902...which sort of goes with the shell...now if I can only figure out and find all the stuff that goes in it!
